In accordance with the Kerrville Little League Constitution, each year the League holds an Annual Membership Meeting to elect the Directors and their corresponding officer positions. The officers of the League are a President, Vice President of Baseball, Vice President of Softball, Secretary, Treasurer, Player Agent, Safety Officer, and Coaching Coordinator. The Directors assume their duties at the conclusion of the Annual Membership meeting and serve a term of one year and until their successor is elected and duly qualified.
The following individuals were elected to the Board of Directors for the 2023-2024 term:

Vice President of Softball: Joe Cervantes
Secretary: Roman Garcia
Treasurer: Sarah Zimmerman
Player Agent: John Kocurek
Coaching Coordinator: Jason Fountain
